My 3rd floor condo finally is cool during the heat waves, the summer heat would overrun my prior system and quality first system is powerful and efficient!!

Colin from quality first is amazing! Heâ s so knowledgeable and professional and every time weâ ve worked with him has been a pleasure. He helped us get an amazing deal on our sliding glass door as well as helping set us up with great financing! Super happy we went through Quality First and theyâ re always our go to for home improvement!!

I used this company well over 10 years ago. Since then they constantly call multiple times a day begging for work. Iâ ve asked multiple times to not call me anymore, yet they still do. Iâ d stay away from this company unless you want to constantly be hounded by them for the rest of time.

Ed Millett paid me a visit recently, helped me sort some priorities on potential projects for my house. Ed was very knowledgeable about Solar Panels and the accompanying electronics, heating, and the new laws that affect them! My heating and water heater are both gas, and when replaced will have to be replaced by electrical, which will affect my solar system. Ed answered all my questions and I was very grateful for his very useful information! Highly recommend him! A little pricy. However, itâ s a lifetime guarantee and a 50yr warranty that if there is any problem it will be taken care of.

Our system is working well. At true up we have an overage. The $ 48 we pay is made up of fees and taxes, not energy cost.

My parents have got a lot of work done by Quality First. Kitchen, bathrooms, roofing and solar power. Amazing crew, worked efficiently and professional. Always quality work and products. Great experience!

Very thorough clean job on time decent price

Jim Dacpano and Don Eldridge were wonderful to work with. They helped me pick out the best products for my roof. They fought to give me the best deal possible. I had 3 projects that needed to be done (Solar, Roof and Leaf Guard). The crew were professional and courteous and did a great job. The finished product was wonderful. The roof and leaf guard look fabulous. I would highly recommend Quality First for any home project, as I will for any of my future needs.

In November last year, I agreed to have a solar system installed by Quality First. The agreement was that I would take out loans to cover the cost of the installment and that my monthly SMUD bills would be eliminated month by month and there would a year-end under/over amount based on usage throughout the year. My electric bills continue to accumulate I am not getting any response from anyone I have spoken to. I handed over my network name and password so that the system could be set up and monitored online, after that conversation I have not heard from a single person regarding monitoring of the system. As far as I am concerned this system is completely non-operational. This is not what I signed up for, I am now stuck in a situation where I am paying double my existing electric bills (more in some cases) and all I get from Quality First are platitudes about *taking care of it* if they bother communicating at all. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN SECURING LOANS IN YOUR NAME THEN MOVING ONTO THE NEXT *CUSTOMER*.

The crew was polite and cleaned up very well after completion. Tom stayed in contact with us during and after job. Not your typical salesman. Thank You Tom !!!
