First, they did not show up when they said they would, and did not reach out letting me know they could not make it. Then when they finally came, I had an 18-foot Tressel running from the top of my roof to the ground, held in by a large stake. Had a hops bine I have been growing for over 3 years growing on it, they ripped it out of the ground and mowed over my hops. Did not ask any questions or tried to reach out in any way. Just destroyed the Tressel along with the plant. I also had a raised garden they took the liberty of running the weed eater through. Luckily I had not invested any time in that this year, just some experiments my kids were doing, but again no questions or anything. Did not even bother to ask before starting the job if there is anything they should be aware of. When I confronted them about it, sending them pictures, they just acted dumb and did not want to take any responsibility, and offered no apologies. I immediately fired them. I highly recommend finding a different company.
