I originally hired them for painting and then added other services. The job they did painting was very proficient. However, the tiling work was awful. I have spots missing grout completely, 3 different shades of grout on each project and it is all uneven. There are still spaces left in some areas and grout covering the walls, baseboards, and ceiling. The finishing and trim work for the job is unprofessional and looks worse than a DYI project. I now have to pay another tile person to fix their mistakes. I tried contacting him to get things squared away but to no avail. Of course, I am not sure I would want them to try and correct the situation since they blatantly left my bathroom and kitchen tile in such disarray. Obviously they thought that the quality of work was satisfactory.

The work was outstanding and at fast pace. I did not have to ask for extra time they did it in the time I gave them. The work and workers were amazing. The floor was beautiful! The workers were very outstanding! I would definitely hire again and recommend them!

We had them tile floors and carpet in our business and they did a great job. Very reasonable on price. They worked around our business schedule where they would even come in after hours to get the job taken care of. Great experience for us.

Josh and Ivan were amazing. Estimate given more than doubled. Gives a low estimate to get the job...anything but honest!!! Do NOT give this man your money. He will not finish a job and your home will be a revolving door for his family and friends...every day and all hours of the night. You will be harassed for money by him and Brian for a job that may never get finished. I hired this company because of the positive reviews. I truly believe the positive reviews are bogus...do your research. You would probably be okay with having this company paint and put down some flooring(may not be the floor you choose). Do NOT pay up front and Id put a penalty clause in the contract in relation to the completion date.

Ive used Donald and Quality Floor Care on several projects and the most recent was a large hardwood job. I started the job with my own employees and we struggled to get it done correctly. I called Donald while I was in a pinch. They showed up on time, with fair pricing and a great attitude. Donald managed the project daily (2200 sq ft of 100 year old hardwood) to refinish, stairs, trim and some miscellaneous items. Taylor and Mike worked night and day on the floors! They communicated well & worked over a weekend to help get this job done a day earlier than we discussed! The floors looked better than I expected based on the wear they had. When we did our final walk through: they asked if I noticed any imperfections or if there was anything else they could do to help. On the spot: they helped me install a few transition strips that had nothing to do with the project they quoted. Great team & highly recommended! A+++ rating and will be using them on other projects!

Donalds comments are classless, like his other feedback on negative reviews. Send me an email: (Redacted email).Want evidence / pictures of the work / damage done by his company and screenshots of the text this conman sent promising it would be completed by the end of the week - every week for 4 weeks? Send me an email (redacted) He is incompetent to manage people let alone remodeling, listen to the other poor reviews and trust your gut. Paid $4657 down and not one part of the project was completed. Had to shell out thousands to a competent contractor to fix his mistakes. Don t go for the cheapest - that is Donald.

"This is what you deal with when you have a customer that can't afford to pay. We worked two weeks on their project and the last day they came up with several false statements and excuses why they would not pay us. They are committing insurance fraud by getting paid from the insurance company and not paying to have the work done. If we were not doing quality work why would they let us continue to do work and then on the last day, have a balance owed of over $6,000? They say they are not happy and not going to pay us. That is insurance fraud!"

Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
The quality of the work provided by this company was good. The tile in our kitchen looks beautiful and is holding up well. They also painted one room of our house and did a lovely job. The project management was lacking and there were delays that led to an early parting of ways. While it did take a long time to receive our refund back, and we were unhappy with the treatment we received from Donald Way, Donald's partner Brian Drury helped negotiate the refund process and we did eventually receive the refund because of his help. We would not use this company again due to the customer service issues but do believe that they have the ability to provide quality work.

"The customer signed a contract with us. I explained the process to him and he agreed to everything. A week into the project he got frustrated because he, his wife and 3 children where trying to live in a small home while we worked to complete painting, tile work, sanding and refinishing of floors, etc. The project was taking longer than we had hoped due to constantly having to move furniture around to different parts of the home, therefore we could only paint and sand sections at a time which caused delays. We installed tile in the kitchen and laundry and completely demoed two rooms and painted them all in one week. After we completed that, h"

The carpet on the second of our home was replaced with porcelain tile along with installation repair of the subflooring. If you want a 5-star team improving your home this is the company to call. Every step of the project was reviewed to ensure no miscommunication about requirements. Over 30 years this the best work I ever seen.

Taylor and Michael are awesome at wood refinish floor work Very respectful and cleaned up their mess. They worked until 8:30pm 2 nights to stay on schedule. Donald is very reliable and quoted a good price. I would definitely recommend them for wood floor refinishing.

I hired Quality for the exterior painting of my older home, including small repairs that were needed. They were quick to bring problem areas to my attention and then fixed the problem, instead of slapping paint over it and moving on. I would recommend as they take pride in their workmanship. Our house looks new. They painted the inside, replaced my back splash, refinished our floors and hung mirrors in the bathroom. Most importantly the moved the disposal switch to a place we didn't need a wooden spoon to reach. They were on time and completed their excellent work on time as promised. My friends say they will contact them for any of their projects . After we save more money, we will call them to build a sun porch and replace carpet with wood.

Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
Do not hire and I would not suggest to anybody to use them. I gave them an opportunity to come back and I waited and waited and its been 2-3 weeks and I have not heard back from them. I have to hire another company to have them correct the work they did. 11/01/2019 This is to respond to the companies response: This is my last and final comment regarding the flooring installed in my home by Quality Floor Care and Home Improvements. The work was done incorrectly and gave the company an opportunity to correct their mistakes we were told by Donald and their associates and after waiting 3 weeks all together there was a no show. I still have a piece a wood that is not nailed down and I still have wood around the stair case not installed right. I am done with them and will hire a new professional and call it a loss.

"We demoed the old carpet, the new flooring was installed on a slab, we prepped the floor in places it was uneven, we installed a bamboo engineered flooring, that she had bought herself, not being educated on the flooring before she purchased it, it was a flooting floor designed to have some movement, After we installed it she complained that the floor was soft An was moving when she walked on it. THAT IS WHAT IT IS DESIGNED TO DO! We did nothing wrong! Thanks to all the great customers that appreciate our Quality work, and the great reviews we have to prove it."

We did a fine job on her home and had pictures and evidence to prove it, yet Home Advisor was unwilling to remove it from our account despite our efforts to have it removed. Donald Way, the contractor, is awesome! He communicates everything needed and everything he and his team are doing every step of the way! What I thought would just be a little painting and flooring turned into mostly a whole house renovation. He was very accommodating with everything! Ivan, Aaron, and Bobby were the guys who worked the most on my house but all the other guys he brought in when needed were wonderful too. They have a great company that does great quality work. I highly recommend them and if I ever need work again, I will be calling on them.

Concrete Floor Coating-Apply
initially everything seemed legit, but the product that was put on my garage floor started to peel off. I contacted Don and he promised to make it right. told me he workers might have messed up. 2 months later another coat was applied to the garage floor and now it is discolored and has roller marks. Communication with Mr. Way has been a challenge the entire time. no return calls or text messages and many excuses and empty promises.

"We used a product call tile clad from Sherwin-Williams, a very top quality product that we have used for twenty years on several floors , after reapplied the third coat it pealed, my thoughts an recommendation from a concrete finisher that the floor was troweld an Burt, or a sealer was applied that we was not aware of before we applied our product, causing both products not to bond , we are redoing the floor at no cost to my coustmer An appling a bonding agent to assure that my product with bond . Thanks to all my good coustmers that we given great services too."

Good experience with. Mr Way the contractor delivered what he promised. John his expert floor installer did a marvelous job. The workers who did the dismantling ( removing carpet) did a good job . Any damage as a result of removal was promptly repaired

This company began multiple projects for me over the Summer of 2019, and none were complete to satisfaction, proper permits were not pulled, a fence they installed fell down 2 months after installation, flooring job was left incomplete, and the owner has refused to return phone calls now for multiple months with jobs incomplete. We had to resort to hiring other companies to complete the jobs.
