Quality Floor Experts

I had just bought my own place and I hired Quality Floor Experts to sand and re-stain my hardwood floors, as the existing floors were discolored and had marks all over it. I was referred by a friend to give them a call and I am very happy that I did. As they were sanding the floors, they did the best job they could to try to even out the floor and make sure any issues were resolved before they were stained. When it came to staining, the colors I originally picked were too dark, and Jay was very patient with me and explained to me that the dark color wouldn't look to good and to go lighter so that the rooms appear bigger and brighter. After time thinking about it, he was nice enough to show me a couple of lighter stains that he had in his van. He was truly all about customer satisfaction and I was very appreciative for all his time and patience. I couldn't of been more pleased with how everything came out, both Jay and his worker were focused on getting the job done well and their efforts did not go unnoticed. The floor looks completely brand new and I am thankful that I chose Quality Floor Experts. I highly recommend them for any upcoming floor projets and will definitely use them in the future if necessary! Thank you!

This company is very professional and my experience with them was a very pleasant one. I refinished my floors and had new treads installed, stained and sealed. I could not be happier with the work that was done. All the workers were super courteous, professional and they all paid attention to detail and pricing was very reasonable. Very professional! Vincent is a very pleasant experience person. He finds ways to meet your needs, and has many ideas in how to go about it. He moved to a new house which has been empty for over seven years. There used to be carpets at one point and there was water stains on several areas of the floor. What they were done sanding the floor you couldn’t notice where the damage was. He refereed us to Some places to purchase the materials that we needed with good quality and saved us plenty of money.
