"Jason I am sorry to see this, but I am compelled to defend myself and my company. I pride myself on trying to do the right by my customers, but from the moment we talked, I had a feeling that there was an underlying problem. When you informed us of the floor buckling and peaking, your salesperson came to check it out for you and thought it looked like a moisture problem. From there, we hired a certified inspector to run a report which stated you had high moisture intrusion meaning you had a leak or some sort of flood, not an installation problem. When you came back in looking for a new floor, I told you that we needed to find out where the leak was coming from before we tackled a new floor. I gave you some good advice as to how to figure it out and I also gave you my cell phone number to call me if you needed help. I told you that once we figured it out, I would help you replace your floor. You never reached back out to me and decided to go the legal route. Because of that, I did too, and I now know that you knew exactly what the problem was. My lawyer pulled the permits for your remodel, and we found that Townsend Roofing had removed your roof and the replacement was delayed due to an incoming hurricane which flooded your floors and instead of holding your family business accountable, you decided to attack me and my business. This is not normally how I like to do things, but unfortunately, you have left me no choice. Your review is a misrepresentation of what really occurred, and I am unsure how anyone could feel right writing this about someone else?s business."
