The picked up my Funiture over 3 Wk?s sho and I was promised it would take a week to a week and 1/2 and I still haven?t received it . The are difficult to reach and don?t respond to text voicemail is full can?t leave a message. Had to call from a different number for them to pick up

Had them refinish an old bar my grandfather had made back in the 70s. The work was done sooner than they had told us, and better than I had expected. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Hired QFR to refinish my front entry door using HomeAdvisor. They have not finished the weather stripping as quoted, the paint is already bubbling, and Paul has not repaired or followed up. Sent pictures to him. The project is about 1 month old. He has been paid. Very frustrated and would not recommend them.

Repaired power recliner on sofa. Prompt service. Kept appointment. If they have to come to your house to determine the problem, there is an $85 service call.

I have been looking for someone to repair my recliner for a month. Paul knew exactly what to do. Recliner is working better than when it was new.

I hired them on June 30 to refinish some furniture. I bought the materials and was quoted a two-week turn around. It is January 13, 2020, and I still have not received my furniture back and materials. I have tried calling, leaving messages, texts, and no response. I want y furniture and materials back. The reason that my furniture did not get reupholster or refinish was that the third party service Paul hires did not do their job. I have been asking to get my furniture and materials back at no avail. Customer service is the worse. Paul lies and does not take ownership of his/their work.

I hired them to refinish a small table/stand, and my issue is he has not returned the table yet. He has promised to bring my table back on three separate days, he did not show up and did not call. I want my completed table brought back. One time phone voice message was full and did not return calls.

They did a great job taking my concept for refinishing the oak breakfast table and chairs and made it a reality. Looks better than I expected and the best the table has looked since we got it. Fast and reasonable. If I had to quibble at all is that they did provide new sliders... that said, it allowed me to get the ones I wanted.
