Quality Garage Door Repairs

Our spring snapped for the second time since we've owned the house. We called the company that originally installed the door opener and replaced the spring the first time. They tried to say we needed a whole new door and wouldn't fix the spring. Given that we're both Federal workers without a paycheck right now, this was the worst time for this kind of expense. We called Quality Garage Door Repairs and Kurtis came out within a couple of hours. He was knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. He let us know all of our options and never tried to upsell. He also repaired something else that was worn out at a discounted price so that we could wait on replacing the whole door until next year.

Kurtis the install was very knowledgeable and nice to work with. Definitely would hire and recommend him and the company again.

This company has to be one of the most accommodating and efficient businesses on this planet. I can't remember the last time I was so completely satisfied with a company. Hire them and you won't regret it!

Overcharges for minor work. His goal is to sell you a $500+ package as a minimum. He charged me $150 to perform a minor adjustment on the Springs of a Double Door. He spouts a lot of BS in a sales mode. I do not recommend this company.

Repair was completed quickly and without any fuss. The quote was exactly what I paid. No pressure to conduct additional recommended repairs or upgrades. I contacted about issue at 9 pm and was able to schedule appointment for 9 am next morning, great turnaround and response time.

He charged a lot

Kevin came out bright and early, fixed everything I needed and also inspected and greased up the tracks and had my garage door fixed in an hour! Really appreciate his attention to detail, professionalism, and care. Highly recommend and will be calling them in the future if I need more assistance.

Kevin was fantastic. He fixed The problem very quickly, and also showed us the rollers that the garage door runs on. They were pretty badly worn. We had him replace them as well. The garage door runs better than it did the day it was installed, band new. I also called a company that is within a mile of us, and the price quoted over the phone was twice that that Kevin quoted. I highly recommend Kevin!
