Greg came very promptly to get the information about the window. He said he would order the window and would contact me when it arrived (in about 2 weeks) to arrange for the installation. I can't provide a rating until the window installation is completed.

I am very satisfied with the overall process of getting the fogged glass replaced due to seals breaking down on the windows with one exception. About half of the windows replaced, the sealant that was used looked to be excessive between the frame and the glass and does not look professional. I have every intent to call Greg Bratt and see if he can remedy as it looks sloppy but have not had the time to deal with it just yet. If Greg gets a copy of this, please have him give me a call.
