We have ASKO appliances. They came out and they were able to get the washing machine repaired. They began looking at the dishwasher and decided a part needed to be ordered. They required a check before they could order the part. They charged us $500.00 for the reapair to the washing machine, the part for the dishwasher, and the repaiir of the dishwasher. That has been approximately two weeks or more ago. Repeated attempt to call them have failed. I would appreciate it if someone could call me and explain to me what happened.

He showed up quickly and fixed the problem just as fast. Very nice!!

I don't have any complaints about the work at all. However, there were a lot of problems with scheduling, and they didn't show up for their appointment multiple times over several days without calling. Since the appointments were in the middle of the day, someone had to make arrangements to home. At the end, I just felt put out, and that they were not managed very well.

The Handyman Service was very resopnsive and complete the project in a timely manner with follow up to insure that the repair had no other problems after completion. Job well done. Thanks.

The handyman did finally make it here by midafternoon, a good bit later than he indicated. He had had vehicle problems that delayed him getting here. He also wasn't the most organized person in the world, but we had correctly explained our washer problem and he fixed it in one trip. Since that was what we were looking for, we were pleased.

After multiple trips to our home and replacing parts our refrigerator is still broken

Contacted us immediately and did fix the issue quickly, but it took an extra day to get to us due to car problems and they did not stay in contact with us regarding that.

Showed up late, but made up for it by taking only 20 minutes to recharge the freon in my refrigerator. It is cool as can be again. Thanks!

Allen, the technician, and his assistant Crystal came out late in the evening to look at my refrigerator, which had stopped cooling. They came back and installed a new compressor at 9 pm that next night, after having been caught in heavy traffic on the way in. I think many servicemen would have called and said they couldn't make it, but they did the job even though it was so late. They were polite, knowledgable, friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. The price was very fair and they charged no extra for after hours. Hire these guys! They're great.

I received a very timely call after I requested service and scheduled an appointment. The service technician was on time and called 30 minutes prior to inform me of his arrival. He assessed the repair and provided a written quote before doing any work. The work was completed quickly as the part needed was on the van. I am very satisfied with the overall service.

This company tried to contact me by phone almost immediately (3 times within 15 mins). My dryer needed repair, and a technician came the same day to diagnose the problem. He needed to order a part, and said he'd return the next day. I spent a week calling him for an update and waiting for him to show up by a promised time. When he failed to show, he never called to tell me that he'd be unable to get here. I found his reassembly incomplete, and all leftover screws, brackets, etc. had been taken by the tech. I was given the name Quality Services (not Quality Handyman Services) and my checks were made out to the repairman. My dryer is fixed.

They did a wonderful job.
