Everyone needs to be warned about this crooked unprofessional business! We hired them to do holiday lighting. Matt took a long time to respond and then was late on the day and time agreed to. The worst thing about this guy is that he subcontracted the work to help with the lights and the man helping fell off the ladder and broke his foot. Matt came back and was mocking the employee to my husband and then fired him soon after. When his contracted employee sought assistance from Matt, Matt told him to file a claim against us! We are retaining an attorney in this matter but no one should use any of his services. I wish I had read reviews prior to this because I see that a many people are unsatisfied with his services. Also some of the lights fell off a week later and Matt has not responded to any calls.

I hired this crew to install and remove Christmas lights . The installation went smoothly. On the day of the removal , they did not show up or respond o my text messages. Poor communication and unreliable service.

This was an efficient process where this professional asked the right questions and followed up when necessary. I would use him again because he understood the importance of time, space and attention to detail.

I had them install Govee Pro lights at my home. I called several companies in town and was I was referred to Quality by my neighbor. After seeing the results and the reasonable prices they offered, I booked with them. They were 30% than other companies but the service was great and the communication was solid. I will be using them again on my home improvement projects this coming year.

Matthew mounted an 85 inch TV in the wall and concealed the wires. He offered his expert opinion to determine the best height to hang the TV on the wall. He worked neatly and efficiently. We love the finished product!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this handyman service. They installed Govee Outdoor Pro lights, and the quality of work was extremely poor. Despite me providing more than enough mounting brackets, they left many sections without any brackets at all. As a result, multiple lights are now coming off the roof and hanging, which is unsafe and unacceptable. On the scheduled installation day, they arrived 4 hours late with no proper communication. After I raised concerns about the poor installation, they promised to come back and fix the issues, but instead they canceled three follow-up appointments. At this point, they have stopped responding entirely and have gone silent. This lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic workmanship is frustrating and stressful, especially after trusting them with exterior work on my home. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable or quality handyman work.

They continue to just not show up. Been scheduled and rescheduled for 4 days now and still nothing.

Matt was responsive to my inquiry on setting up 2 TVs. I had one TV on Floor stand that had to be removed & replaced; and needed 2nd floor stand assembled and TV mounted. assembled. He was expeditious in unpacking both TVs and assembling new floor stand and installing the TVs on their respective floor stands. Pricing for service very reasonable. Very Happy with Matt's diligent and professional workmanship qualities. Recommend him highly.

I recently purchased a 98 inch TV and moved a 75 inch TV to my loft. Matt and his assistant came and mounted both TVs. They did amazing work, are very professional and knowledgeable. Matt has great customer service and I must say the prices you can’t beat. I would 100% recommend to family and friends.
