Called us&we decided to go with him after talking with 2 or 3 contractors. Mike and Brad discussed what we needed done&how much of a budget we had. They mutually agreed upon a price,tile in kitchen,wood in foyer, dining room, stairs. Discussed cantilever frame. Agreed on price&cut check for labor&supplies. Did kitchen floor&backsplash,when finished asked for more money, so gave 1/2 what he asked. Then did cantilever complained too much running around. Losing money, came did the wood floor in dining&foyer and didn't hear from for a week or more, when we did hear he says we were using & abusing him &wanted more money for stairs, was never on time.
