A Hail storm just hit my house they stop by while I was outside show me the damage and help me call my insurance company, they came back and meet with the adjuster did everything they said they would do, I just got approve for full roof gutters & siding replacement plus other small thinks my wife and I are now choosing the color of our new roof, very happy will recommend any day

This company sent workman to my house to do several projects. Not one of the workmen spoke English enough for me to be able to converse with them, I therefore could not discuss my concerns about their work. I now have a water issue that i did not have before and I am not at all pleased with the customer service I have received.

"The water leak is because your gutter is to short or shorter than the length of the roof. We gave you an estimate to replace the gutters and to install gutter guards, at the property. You chose only to do the gutter guards. Now please note that installing gutters guards will not shrink or stretch the gutters. We gave you the option to install a water diverter on the roof to fix the problem of your gutter being to short an you refuse to let my crew do the repair. We offered to replace the gutter at a price of $275 for that gutter which is a price below market value."

We needed advice on solving a gutter drainage challenge and they provided it, along with an estimate. The estimate was fair, reasonable and they were able to solve three problems the next day in a single visit. I would definitely use them again.
