I called ,they came , their work is consistently excellent! I have used them several times and recommend to everyone I know.

Mr. Mark is a smooth talker. He took longer (6 hours for a 3-hour max job) than I expected, and his job is overrated. Shorty work done. He burned my bathroom faucet wall. He diagnosed the town water line for any water leakage, but it was false when the American Water Resources confirmed that it was not. He charged me $1300.00 in cash for his service. I am flabbergasted. Good luck to anyone who hires him as a plumber or for any other service he provides.

The total experience was seamless from assessment appointment to scheduling, arrival on schedule, completion of the job, no hidden costs, every scenario that might occur the day of the job was discussed in advance and a written estimate with all costs was supplied. The owner is very conscientious about his workers and their performance. Everybody seemed to work together like a well oiled machine. The entire job was completed in one day as promised and the quality of the work is exceptional. I would definitely recommend Quality Home Improvement for anybody's next task.

First, Mark, was available for any and all questions before I even hired. I interviewed several companies. . Great attention to detail given - and was always happy to go over things with me. That was what made my decision, a gut feeling. I was nervous about getting a vinyl porch soffit as opposed to a wood one(I have a log cabin). He showed me a pic of a vinyl soffit he had done on another customers house - it looked great. I did that, and I think itâ s my favorite part, as it brightens my porch so much. He and his crew, also did roof, gutter, crawl space door, etc., and also some plywood needed on back of home. Mark and his crew were very professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Everything was done for a fair price(within what was estimated), and done earlier than I had thought. They worked for many hours, with a great pride, and attitude! They exceeded my expectations, allayed any fears, and I would absolutely use them again!

QHIS, from the initial meeting, I could sense honesty quality workmanship. Mr. Gorman gave the roof a total going over and left nothing out. He took pictures of areas that needed repair and explained thoroughly the procedures and materials to be used. I was very happy with the after repair pictures. kudos QHIS

Mark is an all around excellent person. The work was done in timely manner and 5 minutes after the roof was completed you would’ve never know that I even had an entire roof gutted and replaced as new. Highly recommended! Mark is also a family man that to me means a lot because I find that a man who truly loves his family as he does, will always do right by another family.
