Sought a Roofing Inspector re: pre-purchase of home w/ major water leaks to interior. Mr. Shields was a �licensed Roofing & Home Inspector.� We feel his written comments were gross understatements re: roof damage & exterior stucco cracks and staining. Omitted cause of problems. Marked many boxes �functional� w/ no comments of problems; should have added: Has broken latch, rusted racks and tines (dishwasher); has loose mounting, faucets corroded, etc. Seller�s Agent told us Inspector�s Report was too vague, based on it, they would not consider a lower offer.

Kevin was very prompt with the home inspection we needed and did very detailed work like we asked him too. I am going to use his work in the next few weeks again and recommended anyone buying a home in the New Mexico area to give him a call.

A very complete inspection done promptly. No problems whatsoever.
