Pre-Fabricated Fireplace Unit - Repair
Lupe, is the most professional Home Project Serviceman I have ever dealt with. He installed a very complicated, new fireplace front within hours, and the end result is amazing. We have already asked Lupe to do some electrical work for us, as we are so pleased with his workmanship. I strongly recommend Lupe for anybody that wants a quick, professional job done.

Appointment was for 11 am. Arrived at 4:45 pm. Quoted job at $80 to install a light fixture for a wall sconce in a hallway where no fixture exisited. Upon inspection raised price to $100. Got into attic and saw decking and raised price to $120. Had to go to Home Depot during repair. Charged final price of $140.00 without explanation for additional increase. Finished job about 7:00. We were unhappy with the performance of what we perceived as a simple job that my husband did not have time to do himself. Wall sconce was still installed by my husband.

I am very pleased with the work done by Mr. Contreras. I even hired him to do some additonal work as well. My only comment otherwise is that the price quoted at the initial visit was lower than what he charged me on the day of the work for both jobs I hired him to do.
