Mr. Lee Scott was hired to do multiple projects in my home. Painting MB, Hallway, and LR as well as laying SmartCore plank boards throughout the home. Mr. Scott subcontracted out work to individuals who were not professionals in the field of work they did in my home which was very apparent when work was complete. Multiple areas (painting, flooring, shoe molding) had to be redone, up to three times, for the project to look acceptable. I was not really in a huge hurry for Mr. Scott to complete all projects but from start to finish he and his workers were in my home for 4 weeks due to work needing to be redone, and there are still multiple areas which are subpar. I had to hire another contractor to fix Mr. Scotts subcontractors work. In my opinion, he did not keep a close eye on what was being done and I often felt if I had not mentioned an area which needed attention he would have overlooked it. Mr. Scott knew I was unhappy with the results and made no offer of monetary compensation, only to keep redoing work. With areas being redone 3 or more times and in my home for a month I lost all hope in his abilities. I would not hire Mr. Lee Scott again nor recommend him to anyone.

Original appointment was Saturday at 3:30. Did not arrive until 5:30. Did not complete job on Saturday. Was able to install mailbox post on Saturday but not able to return until Wednesday to install mailbox.
