Howard was on time, courteous, and able to maneuver on the fly as we had a couple or weird window frames in need of repair, as well as a rail on back porch that needed attention.

They did come back and put the gutter back on that they pulled off. They were suppose to cut the red tip bush very low so I could see my garage door for safety issues. That was not doneâ I canâ t see the garage doors at all. Plus one side of the bush is lopsided. They were to remove the brush growing on the side of my driveway and it still there. I canâ t back my car out without hitting some of the brush

"Ms Linda was very appreciative and complimentary of our services when we finished the job nearly a month ago. We have pictures to prove that the agreed upon work was completed and are shocked that she's chosen to tell this tale despite our showing up ahead of schedule and completing the task as agreed. Ms Linda's gutters haven't been cleaned in several years and, as a result, they are full of small plants and weeds and her fascia and soffit are almost completely rotten. We didn't "pull off" her gutter, but were happy to remount it after it fell off (due to rot that's set in from years of neglect) as we removed overgrown vines from the house."

Howard did an excellent job on my range. He was very accommodating, professional and friendly. He bid the job for a specific price, but the job went excessively long due to complications out of his control. I felt it in my soul to give him additional compensation "for the laborer is worthy of his hire." Luke 10:7. Howard did not expect or require this. I discussed doing additional work at my home with Howard. His rates were very reasonable. I would have him in my home to do work again. I recommend him.

Cabinets - Repair
Howard is a very nice and pleasant young man He also has skills and was able to get my four kitchen drawers back in their slots properly. I thought I'd have to purchase new tracks for all four, but Howard got the job done.

Howard is experienced in multiple fields. I hired him to put new tracks/sliders on my refurbished kitchen drawers, because after I had them refurbished they wouldn't pull out properly at the halfway mark. Howard immediately knew why and diagnosed it to me. He fixed the issue without having to purchase new tracks for 40 year old kitchen drawers.

The business owner, Howard, was extremely efficient, proficient, and knowledgeable. He customized my store-bought 2â vinyl blinds and my other window hardware so that everything would hang how and where I wanted it. Alsoâ ¦he was on time which is too much of a rarity these days. And heâ s extremely pleasant!

I've gone through a lot of contractors working on my old house. Most fall into the standard category. Late, bad communication, wildly expensive, and hard to schedule. Howard is the exact opposite. Working with him was honestly one of the best experiences I've had working with contractors I've had as a home owner. He was communicative and on time every day, gave me some solid landscaping guidance, worked with me to establish target goals, and then delivered on them. Howard really went above and beyond what we'd hoped we could accomplish, and I'll definitely be working with him for any future projects I have.
