Jay was awesome. Showed up on time and got right to the problem. He even fixed a little water leak too. His rates are very fair. He only charges for the time he is there. He does not charge a "Service" or "Stop" fee like some companies. I would absolutely use this company again. He also took the time to explain how to maintain my hot tub and gave me some info on the subject too. Great experience! Thank you Jay
