Quality Irrigation

We are new to Quality Irrigation after they bought our previous company after we moved. Ron came out today, showed us how the system works. He found a problem & repaired it. Great service.

Quality Irrigation has taken care of my sprinkler system since 2005. They have always done an excellent job. This year their scheduling is a bit messed up and I am still waiting on start up. I have always had a maintenance agreement for spring startup and fall winterization. Starting to wonder why their scheduling has become so inflexible, guess business is pretty good. Please don’t neglect your loyal customers while growing your business.

Today, Fernando came by to turn on my sprinkler system. He was incredibly polite and professional throughout the visit. He took the time to thoroughly inspect every sprinkler head and rotor with great care. What stood out to me was his patience, deep knowledge, and humility. When I shared the issue I experienced with my sprinkler system last year, he honestly admitted that it was something he hadn’t encountered before. I really appreciated his openness—it’s a reminder that we’re all constantly learning, and being honest about what we don’t know is part of that growth. I was glad to hear he learned something new from my experience. Despite that, he’s clearly a very experienced technician who made the entire process smooth and completed the work efficiently. Thank you, Fernando, for your excellent help with my sprinklers! I highly recommend this company and for sure will be using them again.

Justin did an outstanding job getting our sprinklers ready for the season! He was very thorough, knowledgeable, worked hard past quitting time to finish the job, and fixed issues that had been missed for 5 years with the company we used before Quality Irrigation.
