Entered into contract with this business half down half to be paid at completion was suppose to take two weeks on the sixth week he started yelling at me on my front yard though work has not been completed.

"This customer knows it was weather providing, He had a lot of issues on how he wanted thing done and would not let us just do are job , I had suggested that he cut his maple tree back because the seed we had sowed will not grow as well it needs Sun, So he said OK, My first mistake was not doing a change order , It was Raining that day as well, Then this customer comes out scramming at me about cutting back the tree that he had just told me to do, then he started talking about his attorney, and I had done nothing wrong, So yes I got upset as I am cutting this tree in the rain, I was nice about it asked him to give me some time I am working alone most of the time , Just cant find workers. So as I continued over the next few days things come up, (LIFE) , and I was nerves about him paying me, because he lied about the tree, and starting talking about his attorney, so that alone made me feel he is not going to pay me if I get completed. And he just hounded me all the rest of the time and I got fed up with it and yelled at him about leaving me to my work, Any who it got all done and he loved it and it did come out very nice 5 star rated . But I feel he just wanted to hurt my rating and take none of the blame, Fine so be it, BUT IT CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL !!! HE EVEN SAID THAT HIM SELF.. AND YES I GOT PAID.."

His response time was quick his job quote was reasonable. I have used this company previously and I had a great experience both times. On work day they were on time and called to let us know they were coming thy did a excellent job they were friendly and professional clean up afterwards. They did couple of thing including washing my husband car. We will differently work with them again

Kept job site immaculate,called if any delays or weather related issues,kept all receipts for inspection,explained all change order expenses..Went an extra mile to finish hand rail ends for a nice look...checked job site for stray nails or screws in the grass..that was much appreciated ! Laughed when my dog ate their doughnuts..and play great music while they worked !

We just had our amazing new deck built on the back of our house. Eric and Dylan were great to work with. Along with being competitive from a cost perspective, they were the only contractor that provided an amazing visual of what our completed project would look like (done in a computer program) and followed up with us to see what our decision was going to be. Their communication was professional and consistent throughout. We always knew what the next step was, expected timing, and were made aware of any delays or issues that arose. When issues arose, they went above and beyond to address them in the manner we selected. When the local hardware stores did not have enough of the specific color boards we had selected, they drove all they way up to several stores in Buffalo to collect enough material to build our deck. They let us know when one of the railing sections that they had purchased was had a minor scratch prior to installing it so we could decide if we wanted it to be replaced which we so very much appreciated. We're so impressed with the quality of the completed deck and would highly recommend them!

Eric and Dylan from Quality were a pleasure to work with. They were on time for every appointment, provided a nice design and worked with us over Zoom, the cost was competitive, they kept us informed of issues in the schedule, and the work was done well. We recommend them for landscaping needs.

Dylan and his crew are fantastic. Only contractor who had a visual of the results for me to consider and was the only one to follow up with me. I was kept informed every day the project went on and they finished up on a Saturday rather than putting off to the next week as that was best day due to weather. They were very careful to make sure any equipment didn't harm my lawn or my neighbors. Very impressed and I highly recommend Dylan and his crew!

We were very pleased with the work this company did and we plan to use them again. They arrived ready to work and worked diligently throughout the day. They then returned the next day to finish the job. They have one more seeding to do but I fully expect that that will be completed as explained.
