Came in, work on the leather sofa, perfect re-stitching, as a final note he cleaned and conditioned it. After 6 years of heavy use it now looks like new. He also did cleaned and conditioned the car leather seats,. Overall Ron did a great job and the prices are reazonable. I will schedule their work every two years from now on.

The service man came out and gave us an estimate. With out ok, he went to get the parts needed, and came back an fixed the chair. He found something wrong the was not in the first estimate and fix that to--all for the same price. We are very happy to do business with this company and would recommend them to all of our friends.

Quality Leather Restorations did a very nice job at repairing and restoring a Flexsteel recliner that was broken, and in pretty bad shape due to our 2 dogs. The mechanism for the reclining portion of the chair was broken and did not function. The leather was very dirty and worn in several spots. Quality Leather Restoration worked on my behalf with Flexsteel to obtain new parts for the reclining mechanism. Upon the parts arrival Ron Nelson Of Quality Restorations came to the house and spent the better part of the day to fix the broken chair and restore the damaged leather surface. The chair now looks virtually brand new. This is a good company to do business with. I am very happy with the service and the outcome of the work they did.

Fast initial response via e-Mail, estimate in line with competitors, pickup/delivery on time and at no extra cost, wonderful workmanship (we had dining room chair backs upholstered with padding, covered with material, and they did a very nice double-cord finish around the edges). They even strengthened some of the wooden chair parts that were weakening. This was an excellent experience, thanks!
