Work was done in a timely manner and correct. Great follow up service a couple of weeks later to make any adjustments needed. Very professional!

I had several water treatment companies come and provide an estimate. Quality Life Solutions did the best job of evaluating the installation requirements by far. Their product was comparable to that of the other two companies. Their installer determined a much simpler method of installation than I expected. Worked hard in high heat and humidity.

Quality life solutions contacted us repeatedly to schedule a water testing, which we never requested on our new system that had been working great without any issues. They showed up when we were not home, did not explain what was done, and then sent a bill that we never expected. Furthermore, the technician that came to test our water signed the bill in the customer signature line saying that we agreed to pay. We were never told about a bill to come out and retest our water on our new system. Water system is great and installation went well! However, I have been disappointed at the very poor communication.

I lease a water softening and reverse osmosis system from this great company. Their service technician Nick just came out to check everything was in working order, he tested the water, provided so much information and answered all my questions about the system - he was wonderful! Amber in the office got me slotted into their schedule within 24 hours when I called for service. I can't say enough good things about Quality Life Solutions - five stars all the way for everyone!

Scam company Will try to trap you into a service contract you do not really need using terms like ?I get paid by the hours? when the main thing is not even the installation, it is the service contract they will try to stick you with and on top of that there is hidden fees and stipulations with the service contracts so please do not trust { Remove the number} call me I will explain how these criminal companies work

Quality Life was the 4th water company that came out to provide a quote. My QL rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and NOT pushy. Also, QL was much cheaper than its competitors. The installation process went smoothly!

We recently made the decision to cancel our services with [Company Name], however, we encountered an issue where we no longer have access to cold water, only hot water, following the uninstallation of their devices. Despite multiple attempts to address the problem through phone calls, it took several follow-ups before they sent someone to investigate. During their inspection, the technicians claimed that the issue was not a result of their services. However, it seems evident that we had cold water prior to the removal of their equipment. We invested $500 for the installation and were also paying a monthly fee for their services. Unfortunately, the lack of prompt and satisfactory resolution, coupled with the inconvenience caused, has left us feeling dissatisfied with their customer service. We expected better treatment as paying customers.
