I have hired them to fix the washer and dryer that was not used for around an year. They have left a mess on the floor after fixing the place and did not take any initiate to clean the washer and dryer. You will end up paying for way extra for the parts and it would be better to buy a used washer from the Craigslist or aftermarket shop if you are renting. This service not worth it and not cost effective.

Great service. Punctual, knowledgeable, and affordable. We called for a dishwasher issue (not draining) expecting the worst (we’d have to purchase a new one). Shortly after arrival, problem solved. We tried to fix it ourselves beforehand — glad we made the call.

Jose was punctual, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and corrected the problem with my dishwasher leak in 15 minutes. Overall, this was a first-rate experience in every respect, and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this Pro.
