Very fast callback for AC system that kept freezing and was not working. Arrived on-time, performed quick diagnostic, and determined freon charge needed. Also made some checks within the home to ensure internal factors were not causing system to freeze. System has been working great for the past few weeks. Good rates, would do business with again.

I had a wonderful experience with this contractor. He gave me a one hour window in which he was supposed to arrive between 2 and 3 p.m. and actually arrived at 2:05 earlier and more promptly than any service contractor i've ever worked with. I thought he was extremely courteous and he told me upfront what the cost of each peice of the repair was before he went ahead and went through with it. He gave me the option of determining what category i wanted to proceed with; whether it was replacement or just repair. He also provided me with a card and some extra information should i want to replace the unit in the future. I thought that this was just wonderful service. I was very pleased with him. He offered a competitive price and also maintained some of my values for energy efficiency and environmentalism which i very greatly appreciated. Thank you.
