I replaced my old A/C and furnace System with a new. Very difficult work since to access the attic was very difficult specially with a big new furnace. Ray did a excellent work and the honesty, communication, prices, etc. deserve more stars that what I can give him. He made me feel comfortable all the time while I was watching the work. Ray also gave all the information and options about the different systems and the new technology around the AC/furnace systems. He set up a meeting with the manufacturer representative for me to ask more specific questions about the AC/furnace. Now I am enjoying my new furnace and AC. Thanks Ray.

Ray was very professional and did a great job with my A/C and furnace replacement. I appreciate his honesty and did not try to over sell me an expensive package I did not need.

Ray replaced a 3.5 ton HVAC condenser. Not only did he do everything he agreed to for what I though was a very reasonable price, on the date he promised, he also corrected a couple items the original home builder did not install to todays code. If I have HVAC problems in the future Ray will be the first person I will call.

Reasonably priced HVAC system installation. Received the equipment and service as promised. The crane operator that was subcontracted was highly experienced. Overall a very satisfying experience.

I did my homework before I selected Raymon and his team. I am very pleased with the electrical, plumbing, mounting, and structural modifications provided during my HVAC installation. When I requested special modifications, there was no problem (even though it cost a bit more, which I totally expected). Impact to my tenants was kept as small as possible (considering it was a complete HVAC system being installed. I made a down-payment of about 50%, rest due on completion. They take pictures as they go and provide these to you (nice touch)! Raymon provided a copy of his Bond and Insurance per my request (no problem). All permits were pulled and (eventually) inspected by the city (as I requested). I had a lot of quotes that were MUCH higher (almost twice as much), but Raymon and his team provided thorough and professional results at a very reasonable cost. John G 2019
