Great job at good price.

Mr. Pepper did a great job cleaning my vents and the price was lower than he quoted (always a good thing.) He arrived on time and was finished much quicker than I thought. I can tell the difference with my system - there is no more dust on my furniture when the heat is turned on. Did a great job and I wish I had it done sooner by Mr. Peper.

Mr. Tim told me he would be able to come and check out my problem the same day I called him. He showed up as promised in the snow blizzard. I was very impressed and pleased with his service. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Overall the quality of the job was fine and the people are friendly. They did not confirm the appointment--they just showed up The price was very high but they were willing to do the job, whereas no other contractor wanted to be bothered with such a small job. My only real issue is that they used an expensive new Bosch front-loading washer as a work table. When they finished, it had a few PVC pipe shavings in crevices as well as pipe adhesive on the surface, and a small cut. Not a big deal but they should be more careful.

QMS is one of the best contractors I have had the pleasure of working with. They came to our home and gave us an excellent quote on the installation of a central humidifier in our condo unit and special ordered a grill for our old bathroom exhaust vent. The technicians were courteous and kind. They did a wonderful job installing the new grill in the bathroom and explaining in plain English the workings of the central humidifier. To top it all off, they helped me dramatically by quickly installing a door sweep on my front door that would have taken me hours to put up by myself. They proved to me that customer service is alive and well in this

Although the firm may not be the most prompt at getting the work started, the price was the most reasonable of all the quotes I rec'd and the work was well done and I am extremely pleased with my new Unico high-velocity system.

The task was to repair and re-insulate some damaged ductwork. Overall, they did a fine job, offered recommendations, and by re-utilizing existing materials, saved me some money.

Prompt, same-day service. Reasonable rates (compared to another local vendor), although miscommunication initially on the extra $25 fee for the visit+the hourly price. I had a malfunctioning A/C unit that was quickly and courteously repaired. Thanks!

The repairman was over four hours late. He diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly, and was otherwise very professional, but I would not hire if punctuality was critical.

I had an issue with one of my airconditioning units loosing freeon since installation. They were able to diagnose and fix in a minimal amount of time rather than continue to offer non-viable and costly solutions that had been proposed by other vendors.

Landlord is trying to work out service contracts with Quality Mechanical for all my rental properties, ac/heat jobs etc.. The tenant was very please with Mr. Tim. My ac /heatman of 15 yrs passed away. And I miss the advise, and the honesty and decent Rate. I feel that Mr.Tim will fill that void. C.Moore 6-2-09

Very responsive fixed the problem quickly at a resonable cost.

They arrived when they said they would. They were professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. While one man went for parts the other took the old part off. We were very pleased with their work. We asked them if we could get an annual maintenance contract with them. It hasn't come yet, but we hope they come through.

The president, Tim Pepper, was very professional, informative and kept the appointments in a timely manner. He gave us an excellent product, Carrier, at the best price of all the contractors we interviewed. We were very pleased with the quality of the work, clean up and Mr. Pepper's responsiveness to all our questions and concerns.
