The cleanup was very poor. We are doing some remodelling, there was no drywall repair by Quality at all in any areas. Holes left in garage ceiling, under return, etc. Some drywall repair due to my remodel was expected, scope of expected far worse due to conditions left after installation of AC by Quality. Thermostat replacement included in quote, not replaced, negotiated with Quality for discount. Quality did negotiate reduced price for total job after discussion. In reviewing the ratings above please note the following: The technicians on the job were courteous and responsive, communications back to project manager, Vadim were heated.

Called Quality Mechanical on the 22nd and was scheduled for a service call on the 26th between 12:00-03:00 pm. At 03:15 on the 26th no one had showed or called. I called Quality Mechanical and was informed they had no record of me scheduling an appointment. They offered to reschedule but I said thanks but no thanks. If my business meant so little to them that didn't bother to record my appointment they my buisness goes elsewhere.

told us all we needed was some freon. Well it still is not working properly. Now they say we need a whole new unit and have quated me close to 4,000.00. Too bad for them I am going to have another company do it for half the price.

They called me to set up an appointment. Two techs came out on a Thursday and examined the cooler. The problem was pretty much as I expected and they gave me an estimate that was well withing the expected range. We arranged for one of them to come out on Saturday to do the work. He was on time and repaired the cooler quickly. Over the weekend, I discovered a leak. I called them on Monday morning and they came right out and fixed it in short order. The men were friendly, efficient, and courteous. Most of all I feel that they gave me an honest deal. I would hire them again.
