Quick, efficient and answered all my questions. Very organized with paperwork. Top notch! Very good with elderly people and has a lot of patience.

Mr. Sheppard helped inspect a home for us. We were first time home buyers and therefore did not know what to look for. Mr. Sheppard was outstanding and thorough. He spent several hours combing over the house and then gave us a summary as well as an opportunity to answer questions. He walked through the house to show us some of the problem areas which had not been apparent to us. He was extremely knowledgeable and affordable. He produced an extensive report same day that included photos, and commentary. The house had been inspected several other times per the sellers without any major issues found, but Mr. Sheppard found several that were verified by structural engineers and other specialists. He really went above and beyond- highly recommended!

They are friendly and professional and very prompt and overall a good value.

Spent time explaining what they saw. looked everywhere and documented everything. Sent a report later the same day with all the pictures and information. They even came back after they left because we found something else we wanted them to take a look at. Very good customer service.

They show up on time, they looked at everything the only thing they didn't do is go on the top of the roof to inspect it.

They looked at everything and told me what might need to be replaced or fixed.

I didn't quite understand one thing on my sheet and I called them and they were very willing to stop by for the 2nd time and show me which cleared things up for me.

He was very thorough professional and prompt. He also made sure to inform me of everything that he thought was an issue even if it wasn't part of his job. After the inspection he made sure to show me all areas that he felt needed immediate attention and even offered to help me find good contractors. If you want impeccable service, honesty and someone who is on time this is the person I would hire.

Two people did the inspection but they weren’t very thorough or observant. The emailed report we received was very deficient in details and didn’t reveal anything we didn’t already know. It didn’t note that we have a fireplace (which they didn’t inspect), and said our cooling system was satisfactory when we don’t have one. Also, included were photos that weren’t labeled, nor provided a description. So, we had to guess as to what location of the house or garage the photos match with. Lastly, a comment in the report stated that our furnace filter needed attention when one week prior to the inspection we had the furnace serviced and a new filter put in. We will use another company if we ever need another home inspection.
