"We went back several times after the first visit. Every time Steven would ask us to come back to his residence the problem with the PC was a different issue than before. All the problems we were asked to fix were resolved at the time except for one. His computer had a lot of issues not just one. He later had someone else fix that one last issue. We apologize for any misunderstanding."
