Very happy luxury saltwater pool customer! Jonathan and Leo arrived today to service my Sta-Rite heater and install a new Jandy salt cell. They worked efficiently together to complete the work in a clean and organized manner. It was obvious they enjoyed their work, and that quality was important to them and the company. I booked this service call on Monday with their office and they stated Jonathan would contact me in advance to review my service needs, which he did. Jonathan contacted me yesterday to review the planned services and to ensure they had necessary parts on their truck for installation and repairs, which they did. After the installation and repairs today, Jonathan asked for a follow-up text to ensure everything was working well, which it was. Great customer service! Quality One is number one in my opinion and I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks again Jonathan and Leo for making my day! Terry L.
