Did the job right.

I hired them and they did show up for my first appointment. They called the next day to say sorry and said they would be there next weekend. Next weekend they show up and say that they’re not sure if the openers will work on the house. They said they would talk to their sales representative on Monday and give me a call to let me know what he needed to do to make it work. Monday no call back. I call him Tuesday, he tells me the sales representative said the opens should work with no problem and he could be there Saturday to install them. On Saturday I was waiting at and no call. I show from him. I called left a message and he never responded. I called another company and they were there within 4 hours that day. Had the install done in two hours. Quality overhead doors wasted a month of my weekends. I would not recommend them

We chose this company over the several other we had come by to give us pricing information, for one specific reason. The technician who came, was exceptional in giving information regarding our project. He was very thorough and had a impressive attention to detail. By walking us through the entire process of picking out the best door for our needs, explaining exactly what we could expect and how long the process would take. The other companies representatives were not as impressive and didn’t show enthusiasm with providing us information or explanations about buying a garage door.

I submitted a request for a garage door opener repair. Mr. Mark Smith contacted me almost immediately and ask if this is an emergency (it was not). After speaking with Mark, he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He gave me a detailed estimate of cost and time I would take. He basically came the day after with the parts and made the repair. He programmed all remotes, checked all parts of the garage door, and made sure everything is working as it should. Mark was very pleasant to speak with, and was professional and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and made sure to leave his direct phone number in case I have more questions. The opener is still working as it should. I would recommend this business to anyone. Note: I plan to update my review when/if circumstances warrant.

Friendly and courteous. Had an issue with the warehouse and getting the door that was ordered for me and then GA had storms that delayed but you can't put Mother Nature on a timetable.

Although it took a while to locate the needed parts over the Thanksgiving weekend, I was kept apprised of the progress. Once the parts were obtained, the work was promptly and well completed. Very friendly and prompt service.

He was very friendly. Showed up late but did call in advance to let me know. Quality was great with the exception of extra drill holes not being fixed back up.

two hours late to days to finish a 1 hour job never got the 2 new remote control that I order so I have to go to home depot and get it and program my self.
