Reviews
Write a ReviewWe had a complex of 31 townhouses without water. They dropped everything and made us a priority. They contacted 811 and had equipment here within a few hours. They worked all day and quickly got the line repaired and our water back on. Their professionalism and friendly service were great! We would recommend this company to anyone needing service.
Not into this kind of thing
The original price for the repair that I was quoted for the replay was $797.00. I told the service guy I wasn’t paying that kind of money. He ended up getting with his manager with the price. I had to replace the fan motor on my outside unit, it costed $597.00, which included a 2 maintenance service intervals for $120.00.
They were fast, clean and professional. Impressed with the company.
Did a great job, on time and very professional! Very happy that I picked them.
On time, great attitude. Serviced tech was well trained, did his job professionally, and was very friendly.
Awesome job, they were done within a couple hrs, professional, courteous, respectful,on time, and they knew what they were doing. Thank you Quality awesome job
Very professional from the first contact all the way through completion. Nothing but good things to say about our service tech Nick.
We had issues with our Central Air unit 3 weeks ago. The lines were freezing up on the outside unit and the inside air handler. Long story shorter, I called Quality to come out and resolve the issue. They came out the same day, checked the system out for leaks and other issues and determined the system was low on freon. They put 3 lbs of freon in the system, charged $230.00 and left. The guys were courteous and professional. 10 days later, the same issue showed up. Another tech came out, determined there was a leak, and it would cost $1500.00 to repair the leak. I had no idea if that was a good price or not, but logic said it was really high. I even considered buying another unit, even though ours is only 8 years old. I decided it would be best to get a 2nd estimate and called a local HVAC company in Sevierville and he provided an estimate of around $550.00, came out, did the repair and put in 4 lbs of freon (for $116.00)... (note-I was charged $230, with my discount, for 3 lbs from Quality). He was done in around 2-3 hours. I paid what he estimated it to be. This is the facts, they speak for themselves. I paid basically 1/3 of the estimate from these guys. I inquired about the big disparity in prices, and was told ,we pay our people good and give to charities. This other company pays their people good as well. Again, you can figure it out for yourself based on the facts. I guess people can charge what they want, but why would I pay 3 times the price for the same job? They are decent people it seems, but this was beyond ridiculous. Make sure you get other estimates and dont do anything rash. I dont mind paying a fair price and even will pay more for a good completed job, but this speaks for itself. It speaks volumes really.
My sister hired this company to fix a leak. They put a 12 dollar rubber boot on the drain line and actually cut the boot to fit the pipe. And charged my disabled sister 125.00. And wanted 700 to put in a water heater that was already purchased with help from from a friend. Sorry [redacted] service took advantage (money) of an woman. Sorry service
