First time senior citizen customer. They were so quick to respond to my call, asked me for info and to send pictures, and gave me a quote the same day. Richard the owner came two days later. I was so pleased with the quality of their work, They were on time, very professional, explained everything, their price was reasonable, and even offered ways I could save some money. He gave me a quote on another job, which I plan to do in the Spring. Would Highly recommend Quality Plumbing.

Wow! What a service. After researching so many plumbing companies, I find the one to keep for everything we need. Very professional crew, to the point, no mess around, clean, effective, affordable, They didn't break my entire wall like other companies suggested, to fix a water valve . Honest work. What a relief!

Phone was answered, defined problem, made appointment, appointment confirmed, all within a few minutes. They showed up on time, discussed problem, did the job and also made another appointment for furtther work to be done. Found Rick to be polite and very knowledgeable and very helpful in our understanding of the next project he will do next week. Would definitely refer this company.

I received almost an instant response from Rick at about 645am. My water heater had burst the night before and I needed a replacement ASAP. He provided me with a quote over the phone which was very competitive. He arrived at 10:00am as promised the same day. In under 3 hours he had completed the job. I had a leak from the 2nd floor bathroom shower to the 1st floor room. My son cut an opening in the ceiling to save money on recommendation of Rick the company. In short, he cut and replaced the leaking pipe inside the ceiling. Rick acted professionally. friendly. knowledgeable about plumbing and most of all he fixed my leak. He is m plumber from now on. I would recommend Rick to anyone .

Rick was very pleasant. Was right on time and had good communications with me about when he was coming. He did a great job replacing our toilet and he installed a new faucet. Both work great! He cleaned up everything and left the job perfect. Would definitely hire him again!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
My water heater died on a Saturday and I called Richard of Quality Plumbing & Drain. He was very accommodating. He came over to my house on a Sunday morning and said he would do the job of installing a new water heater. Outstanding service and will definitely call him again for any plumbing problems. He knew the job extremely well, and finished the installation in 2 1/2 hrs. I definitely recommend Quality Plumbing & Drain when you need an excellent plumber .
