We were very pleased with the work performed. I gave a 4.5 on the "value for money" due to the slight price difference. I do have to say in fairness to Quality Plumbing we had to cut open the wall to find out the previous installation of shower faucet was installed oddly which did not allow us to remove the fixture ourselves and took longer for the tech to repair.

Matt was extremely professional, personable and really knows his stuff! He could have tried to sell me a new water heater, but instead, he fixed what was wrong and saved me some time to budget for a new unit. I wouldn't use any other plumber. Honesty within the trades can be hard to find. I highly recommend Matt.
