I called Quality Plumbing and Rooter to have the handle and chain on our toilet fixed. They came out a couple hours later and were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it. Took about 20 minutes and our toilet is now working as it should. I highly recommend their service, especially how quick they were able to respond to our request. Thank You!

They made time for me even though they were busy. Unlike the others I had come out for a estimate the guy that came out dug a hole to see exactly where the leak in the pipe was before giving me an estimate. Found tree roots in the way. only after that he gave me an estimate. Came by this morning with in the window given and the two of them finished when he said they would.

They came late, but fixed leaking underneath kitchen sink from supply line to faucet quickly ($95.00). However, there was still leaking problem from a faucet. So, the faucet was also replaced (another $ 95.00). First, they charged me $ 190.00, but it was discounted to $150.00, excluded cost of faucet. Their work took less than one hour. So, they charged by number of problems, not by hour.

William and his assistant re-routed our dryer gas line and corrected the drain connections for our dishwasher. They were punctual, efficient, friendly, and did a great job! I highly recommend Quality Plumbing, and will call them when I next need a plumber.

They were fast, reliable, honest, courteous and very cost competitive. They were willing to come out this evening; at no extra cost to me and they snaked my drain. They pulled a large clump of small roots out of my sewer pipe, as I imagine the problems was and fixed my problem. They even gave me some sound advice on how to prepare my pipes in the future to keep this from happening again. I will be a Quality Plumbing customer from now on!

We were very pleased with the work performed, everything turned out perfect! He was very good at communicating to us what needed to be done and how soon he could complete the job. He also worked on a Sunday which we felt was exceptional--we will definitely use his services again!

Arrived at 6:30 and still could not finish the simple task of changing a washer and made the leak worse. He suggested I turn the water off for the night because the water was dripping worse than before. Mr. Cordova informed me he would be back at 6:30 PM the next day, so that meant I woudl have to be without water the entire day! I called him to tell him that was unacceptable and he suggest maybe I should hire someone else to finish the job. He did return this morning and finish job. The water was not adjusted correctly. Will come back to finish job today 10/11/2007.

Excellent service....He called me within 1 min of receiving the request. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company and I will use again!

This was a simple drain clog that had rendered my kitchen sink into a cesspool. Mr. Cordova and his 2 colleagues snaked through the pipes about 75 feet and released the clog. They were in and out in 30 minutes. All men were courteous and helpful. Mr. Cordova kept in touch with me during the day so that he could meet me at home at a time that worked for me.

He was prompt, arrived on time. He was knowledgeable as he explained what went wrong. Fixed the problem in less than an hour. I would seek his services for future projects.

We had a big leak in the wall behind the shower control valve; water was leaking to the ground floor. We called William and one other contractor. Williams price was 1/2 the price of the other plumber. He repaired the leak in our shower, and later, came back to adjust the shower control at no extra charge. I would hire him again for similar plumbing jobs. A good plumbing contractor.

William and his crew were excellent!!! I got 4 bids for installing a new water pipe from my house to the main line in the sidewalk going through concrete..William had the most reasonable bid - two companies bid $1800 more than he did, and one, a landscaper, not a plumber bid just a few dollars less. William accommodated my weird schedule - arrived as planned, finished promptly etc. He even made sure not to track dirt into my home and his crew ensured the concrete mess was cleaned up. My water pressure problem is fixed and it was quite painless thanks to William. I am glad I discovered this site and found a reliable, reasonable professional!

Called within 1/2 hour and offered to come by that day after work to give us an estimate. He did arrive as promised. Gave us a quote, we hired him and he offered to do the job immediately! Arrived right on time. Completed the job perfectly, with better materials than expected (all brass). He got to work right away and finished the job quickly. The 10% discount was a happy surprise. I would definitely use this contractor again.

William is very good, and I will use him again and recommend him to other people. His prices are very reasonable and he does a good job. He's honest and cleaned up everything when he was done.

Prices were fair and as quoted with no surprises or changes. William Cordova was extremely helpful in explaining the process and making appropriate recommendations.
