I initially dealt with Robert Steele. I became unhappy as he seemed to be delaying my remodel. Dec. 7th was our first contact with him for the bid. We paid $2,945.77 which was one half on Dec. 15th. I ended up calling Rob on Dec. 27th, left a message which he said he did not get. We did get a bad snow storm which delayed the remodel another week. Finally on January 23rd James Wisely and Rob came to start the demo. My bathroom was finally finished on Feb. 2nd. I felt there were communication problems with Robert Steele. I was more comfortable with James finishing the job. I realize that it does takes time to do certain parts of the job

They showed up 5 minutes early for my estimate, layed out all my options to me. They followed up promptly with my estimate and then were able to schedule me in for my repairs. Very professional and refreshingly polite. I would absolutely reccomend them.

Quick response and excellent work was provided by Quality Plus Contracting. I sought help with a small aluminum siding job. That job was completed quickly and effectively (same day that I contacted Quality Plus). Additionally, the man who performed the work, and is a part owner of the company, spotted several roof repairs that he volunteered to make with my approval and within the reasonable minimum cost of the site visit. I'm very pleased with the results and likely will call on Quality Plus Contracting again.
