They took 3 times to come to the house. They fixed the frozen pipe after the 2nd visit, but they didn't fix the heating problem. After the third visit still not fixing the heating problem we decided to hire another company. Also, I was upset that they discussed the issues with the hot tub with someone that answered our front door(not a home owner) rather than discussing it with me w/ a phone call which I had requested in the initial contact. When I expressed my concerns with the owner Debbie she kind of blew me off. Then the same issue arose when we had called after the second visit as well.
