Prompt Service responded quickly and completed work in a professional manner. The quality of work was top notch. I was surprised at the cost because I did provide the supplies. However, I do not have anything to compare the rate with. However, I do not know the extent of the work involved which was at the top level of my home. Tech had a good sense of humor and knew his job as did the owner, Christy, who was also wonderful. Would hire Prompt Service again and recommend them to friends.
