Quality renovations (Isaac Lopez) and his team did an awesome job of remodeling two bathrooms in 12 days, he has an awesome team that is very knowledgeable, time conscious, clean and smiling always. The quote was the best out of 15 other quotes, and as promised he stuck to the timeline and cost. I would recommend quality renovations..

Whole house was painted with my choice of paints. Process was somewhat lengthy but the work quality was good. Reasonable pricing.

They did a fantastic job tiling the bathroom/laundry room. They were so fast and clean. This was a huge stressor until we hired Quality Renovations. We will be calling them first anytime we need anything else.

Not a good experience at all. The person doing the work did not pay attention to detail, took short cuts and it showed. I had to touch up the paint job at the cornice where the wall meets the ceiling. Painters tape was not used, and the worker used just his eye and a paint brush. The baseboard job was also incomplete. I bought a new vanity which stands on legs and allows for the baseboard to go behind it. The baseboard was cut only to the edge of the vanity which leaves about 3ft exposed. (Just sheetrock touching the floor.) I will have to finish that job too. My plumber had to come out and fix the new shower/tub converter as they were not installed correctly. Hot and cold water was reversed. He also tried to add expenses for materials which were supposed to be included in the project estimate. We had to negotiate them. I consider my rating of 3 stars very generous.

I hired Quality Renovations to remove wood flooring that had been installed improperly in my entire home. Not only did they uninstall each piece of flooring but reinstalled each piece in the same spot! They did an excellent job! They were on time, did what they promised and cleaned up each day. We now have great looking wood floors throughout our home. My wife and I couldn t be happier with the professionalism that was shown by Quality Renovations and would recommend them to everyone.
