Quality Restoration

Luis and Dale were very professional and efficient with their work. They were on time, polite and hard working.

I had this company do a job for me about a week ago, it was to replace and restore a shed roof and repair the front door of a shed that just needed to be re-aligned. They showed up two hours late, couple of guys, while working on the job they were vaping or smoking on the roof of the shed, was little concerning since I had gasoline containers in the shed. The job quality of the work was very poor, the pannel boards colors did not match, the shingles lines were not complete, and when I went and opened the shed door, the front door board just fell to the ground. They claimed they worked on front door, noticed they didn't even replace the screws. I spoke to the owner Mike, they first said they would come back and repair the roof, and then they said they would not via text about the front door board. In fact they asked for additional $300 for the work they claimed they already worked on. I went with this company because I noticed that they had ***** rating, infact I had another comany who was only charging me $500, I paid this companyt $1000, because I noticed the good reviews. I don't know if they are too busy to address customer issues, or just they don't care. I have to say I'm very disappointed. I was planning for much bigger jobs with this company, Mike was a good salesman, he certainly fooled me. I certainly will not going forward with any new projects with them. Maybe they need to change the company name to "Bad Quality Restoration".
