We hired Quality to come out and make repairs to a leak in the roof. The contractor was very professional and responsive and helpful. Upon repairing the roof, they raised some serious concerns about the longevity of the roof and even joined our HOA meeting to discuss with the unit owners. After getting several other competitive quotes, all the vendors disagreed with Quality's assessment the immediacy of our roof replacement. Further, they pointed out that the repair work they did was inadequate as there is ponding at the site they repaired. I reached out (email, text, and voicemail) over the past several weeks to ask them to come out and address the issue but they have not returned any of my calls, texts, or emails. I'm hoping that this is a misunderstanding and they will still make it right. However, as of right now, I would suggest considering alternative contractors based on our experience.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
This job seemed like roofing repair when I contacted Quality Roofing, but their careful examination of the problem indicated that an exhaust pipe coming out of the roof was cracked and loose - this was the source of the leaking into my bedroom. They quickly scheduled the work to accommodate my schedule and prevent further water damage. The job required cutting inside dry wall to remove the pipe and replace it. The team worked quickly and carefully - cleaning up after the inside work - and sealed the outside. I am extremely thankful for their prompt and careful service. I highly recommend Quality Roofing and Tuckpointing.
