With all the recent storms, we had some shingles missing and wood showing on our roof. We were so worried because it is forecasted to rain again in a few day. Trevor showed up very timely and made a temporary repair until we can get our roof replaced. Trevor was very professional and very courteous. I look forward to working with him to replace our roof. Free suffering wind damage we contacted Quality RRC. Dave and Shelby were wonderful to work with. They made sure they were here to monitor the insurance adjuster and worked well with our insurance company. Any updates were reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the quality of work and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Hands down, the single best experience with home repair. The initial men that surveyed the roof (Russ and Brandon) were prompt, courteous, professional, and were quick to respond to my questions. They were also present when my insurance adjuster was here and assisted in the entire claims process. The booking office kept me completely updated of timelines and expectations. I was given a few items to deal with on my end to ensure everything went smoothly (like taking down pictures, removing valuables that may be near a window in the event a window was broken...things I would have never considered on my own). The supplies were delivered as promised. The crew that did the repair arrived early and started at the promised time. They covered every surrounding area of my property with tarps to catch debris and to protect my landscaping. They took reasonable breaks and worked consistently throughout the day. When it was time to leave, there were several men on cleanup duty, including magnet sweeping my property for nails. The complete job was finished on time in a single day. With the exception of the hammering during the day and the change in color of my shingles, you'd honestly never know there was work done.
