Roofing was okay, but found several roofing nails in my beds around the house and an ice dam occurred in the front of our house during the winter after the work was done and caused a leak because the barrier to keep the melting water out was not the right kind or was missing.

Chris & Jordan helped thru the entire process. My insurance company did nor want to replace a 20 year old roof. Chris asked me if I agreed , and I said no. Chris & Jordan came out a second time, too additional pictures, sent to insurance company, met the insurance adjuster a second time and convinced them to replace the entire roof. The clearly explained the paper work, process with the insurance company, and schedule. Quality also has a in-house sheet rock & paint repair person. Kyle set up an appointment to come and repair the damaged sheet rock to my 20 ft. ceiling,, He painted the entire ceiling and part of the wall. The paint match was perfect and you can't tell any thing was damaged. This was the best contractor experience I have ever had, every one involved with the project was professional, did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it.

With all the recent storms, we had some shingles missing and wood showing on our roof. We were so worried because it is forecasted to rain again in a few day. Trevor showed up very timely and made a temporary repair until we can get our roof replaced. Trevor was very professional and very courteous. I look forward to working with him to replace our roof. Free suffering wind damage we contacted Quality RRC. Dave and Shelby were wonderful to work with. They made sure they were here to monitor the insurance adjuster and worked well with our insurance company. Any updates were reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the quality of work and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Hands down, the single best experience with home repair. The initial men that surveyed the roof (Russ and Brandon) were prompt, courteous, professional, and were quick to respond to my questions. They were also present when my insurance adjuster was here and assisted in the entire claims process. The booking office kept me completely updated of timelines and expectations. I was given a few items to deal with on my end to ensure everything went smoothly (like taking down pictures, removing valuables that may be near a window in the event a window was broken...things I would have never considered on my own). The supplies were delivered as promised. The crew that did the repair arrived early and started at the promised time. They covered every surrounding area of my property with tarps to catch debris and to protect my landscaping. They took reasonable breaks and worked consistently throughout the day. When it was time to leave, there were several men on cleanup duty, including magnet sweeping my property for nails. The complete job was finished on time in a single day. With the exception of the hammering during the day and the change in color of my shingles, you'd honestly never know there was work done.

Arrived on time and did a courtesy roof inspection and educated me on how the insurance works and gave me a professional recommendation. Replaced few blow away shingles and fixed loose ones. I really appreciate the work that was done, insurance recommendations and quick turn around time. I highly recommend to hire.

Overall a great experience with Quality RRC. They came out to give us an estimate and during their inspection discovered we had storm damage. They worked with our insurance company and our roof replacement was covered by the insurance company. The construction crew was very professional in completing the job in a timely manner and with quality.

Everyone I spoke with and met were wonderful. They didn't push sales, they really listened to my needs and budget. After the work was done, they cleaned up so well, my yard looked better than before. Highly recommend
