This was a nightmare experience with this roofer. They took months to finish our roof. Never showed up half the time. The underlayment was short and did not cover the roof, tiles are falling off and are two inches too short at the roof line and they left our roof unsealed at the ridge. They also knocked our gutters off and left gaps in the roof and near our gutters. They promised to replace our original roof exactly like the one we had and they skimped and did a horrific job. When we called them to honor their warranty they never called us back. Warranty with them is worthless. We had to hire another roofer to relay the tiles and seal our roof but need to eventually re-roof our entire house because the job they did is shoddy and amateur. They took advantage of my elderly family member that hired them and demanded payment for thousands more than their original quote.

They made inappropriate comments to me multiple times. They left nails and garbage at my house. The owner made a derogatory comment to me and commented about how too broke. He also tried to overcharge me and kept saying they had to add extra things that cost me an additional $5k extra!!!

The owner of the company, Ilan did my mothers roof 2 years ago. He listed he did it with permits but it does not show up on the city website of LADBS, and I am under the impression he never did the work under the right conditions. The house has had multiple leaks and areas in the roof has not been addressed. Flashings are missing all across the roof and the roof was not installed correctly to meet todays codes. A area of torch down was not changed, chimney has just mastic on it instead of a flashing around it. My 64 year old mother had her entire insulation changed and now the water has went down from the roof onto the wood underneath, down to the insulation, and now has made cracks to multiple areas of drywall on the interior ceilings. Ilan has not reached out to me after multiple times of us addressing the issue to him. I would not recommend anyone to use this sketchy roofing provider and any of their crews that have very little knowledge of how to correctly install roofs. I do not value their work or their communication. I hope that they will address the issues.
