I asked for a couple of days notice but did not receive. Otherwise, they did the job, we're very friendly and did more than asked.

They convinced me that more areas needed to be replaced than needed to be done. He said that it was very dangerous and I had to act immediately. They later came back again and stated that I didn't only need to replace the whole roof but that I also needed new gutters. There is no sense in putting gutters on a flat roof because it runs off. Never inspected my roof or attic. Told me I would get black mold from insulation but there was no insulation in that area. Basically there wasn't a thing he said that wasn't a lie. I just want my money back!

The company was asked to provide a written estimate which he refused to do so and stated that no one will provide an estimate in writing, He over estimated the size of the roof. he state I have a 30-40 sft roof, but the other company that came provided a written and accurate sizing of the roof. American Quality roof continues to call and is verbally abusive to me. He will not stop calling my phone after I've asked him to stop calling. He has my Address and I do not feel safe.

"This is a very untrue statement .The truth of this situation was home owner called us for a roof estimate, at that point we sent someone out to property to go over her project of which she was only provided with a verbal estimate. She became very disrespectful to our sales guy . At that point she goes on to give us an untrue review like this."

Did an excellent job and a fast worker. Now, 4 days later, owner claims could not deposit my check due to the bank said they would need to put a hold on the check. The amount was $260.00. This sounded fishy. Think he has a cash flow problem. I had to go to a ATM to get cash. Will not use him again.

"This customer called us and few days later we had his job completed. , We were given an out of state check so we asked the home owner to provide us different form of payment due to bank wanting to place a 10 business day hold on the check. All we asked for was for a different form of payment. Apparently this was an issue. Sorry, no out of state checks. Please."

Ryan called within 2 hours of my request on Friday afternoon and I had a new roof Monday. He was easy to work with, and was mindful of my budget. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs a new roof. In fact, I have recommended him to friends. His crew was very respectful and answered all of my questions. They took good care of my property and cleaned up after the job was finished.

American Quality Roofing did a metal, standing seam roof installation at my commercial property. Their work was of high quality, at a reasonable price, and completed within the estimate initially provided. They also installed gutters at no extra charge! I will be contacting them about siding at this same job site.

The crew that actually did the work did a fantastic job. The "contractor" was a scam artist ( xxxx) and should not on your listings, and avoided by any and all potential customers.
