When our septic system failed, they installed a better one quickly. Due to rainy weather, they were slow to remove a large mound of dirt, but when when the weather permitted, they returned and cleared things up. I would surel recommend them.

Quality fixed my septic system and gave me a Lot of information about how to make my system operate at optimal performance. I now know more with this company giving me information, than over 10 years with my OLD company, that installed my system. My old company (quit Looking inside my unit and hosing it down) on the inside, like my contract that I pay extra for each year, says they will do. Plus they broke my fence. I will never go back to them. Quality is aces in my book. I would give them 6 star rating if I could. :-)

Quality Septic fixed my problem with two leaks. After contacting Darrin and discussing the problem, he coordinated the service call for his team to evaluate. Shayne and Josh were on time and very professional and quick to find the cause of problem. They are not afraid to get dirty and went the extra mile to insure all the leaks were fixed. This is a small family owned company and their customer service was outstanding and would definitely recommend them for any septic needs.

Darrin was very friendly and extremely helpful. He and his Team were at our house the day after we called him - and on time. He replaced our aerator pump, fixed the alarm box, put in a chlorinator, and pumped the system. Darrin also took the time to help me understand my system. The work was done professionally. I felt the price was fair for what was accomplished. In addition, we signed up for regular service. I have high confidence in our septic system, the work performed, and the quality of the upcoming maintenance visits.

Quality Septic helped us overcome the situation we were having with a different contractor who had originally installed our septic tank; i.e. would not appear to honor warranty work. We like the fact that Quality Septic is a family owned and operated business. They came to our property promptly and handled needed repairs and pump out. We now have a yearly contract with Quality Septic to come and do inspections as well as issuing needed reports concerning our system to Collin County. We highly recommend the work and customer service of Quality Septic!

They came out intially on a Saturday to diagnose our problem. After years with AAA (do NOT use them!) they found that our system had not been working properly for YEARS (and AAA said they had been servicing it...they had done nothing). They were honest and knowledgable. Bill came in lower than quoted. Have recommended them to everyone I know with a septic.
