I was contacted by quality septic repair promptly after your recommendation, the she told me that I did not need to maintenance every year. The other company I worked with in the past, told me I need to pump every year and more. She explained to me what I need to do and why. It was an amazingly honest and complete instruction I ever received from a company. I think this company is a legit one. I will contact them next year for a maintenance. I am glad to know we still have honest company around us, restored my faith in business for once.

Great service

They did a job that did not needed to be done. I called for one service and I am being charged for a job that was not needed. My sink is still messed up and also my yard was damaged real bad. It was not the area were the septic tank was located.

Did a good job but the cost is much too expensive. I was in a crunch the company I use most often was a book and I needed it pumped right away they charge too much for the pump and added extra for sludge WTH! that what all of it is I needed it done and they charged me a whopping $750 to put on a riser 350 to pump and $250 for sludge I could have had the lines dug up and replaced for almost that amount. will not use again.

I would not use these people again and I going to tell everyone about them they over charge me. They are not good people.

Left a big oil stain in driveway from truck. Left ruts all over the front yard driving on it to get to back yard that I will have to hire someone to fill in that will cost me even more money. Had been raining before that and they should have known yard was to wet to drive on. I set up appointment for several days later due to all the rain but they moved it up.

Very expensive, I was in a time crunch and I could not quote anyone else the job was done in 30 min and cost a fortune.

Mr. Flowers broke two appointments and refuses to communicate with me.

I was contacted immediately, the price was reasonable, and all my questions were answered. The technicians were prompt and efficiently got the job done. Again, all questions and concerns were addressed.

Excellent customer service from Stephanie in the office and Carlos on site. They explained the service and pricing before doing the work and left the job site clean. I will definitely recommend them and use them again when needed.

I had a good experience with Quality Septic. I was unaware of the pricing for my tank, but I was pleased with the service. Th payment app was easy and convenient. I would recommend them.

Very nice folks. Tony is a great driver and backed into a tight spot skillfully. Shane is very knowledgeable about the biology of the system. They were friendly and did a great job. Sam gave me a very good price too with no surprises or scare tactics. I would hire them again.
