One Time Interior House Cleaning
After the first conversation with Priscilla I had no doubt that I would receive exceptional service, but when I made it home I saw that her nice over-the-phone personality did not align with her non-quality service. My carpet was not vacuumed because I declined the steam cleaning, my dining room floor still had a huge stain under the table and particles of trash was in every corner. The countertops had a gritty film over it and one counter that had stuff on top was not even touched because my hands were black when I rubbed them across it. My appliances were only smeared on the outside and not touched on the inside. This only a few things..RUN

One Time Interior House Cleaning
When I did the walk through after service completion everything seemed to be topically clean. Once i moved in and paid attention to detail I found some areas what were not thorough. I did not call to complain since overall the house smelled fresher and there were no more spider webs.

Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
To me it seemed like they had rented the machine and was in a rush to return it. Also, they missed many spots that were clearly visible and I had to ask to have them removed. The stairs wee not done properly, in that, ther was still dirt and fuzz in the corners/creases..

Mr. Houston was nice enough. Wrote us an estimate for the job. Did not have the necessary tools to do the job. Took him and his crew of two, three days. It took me and my husband a whole day to clean up what they left. 1st day no gloves, not the proper truck, and used my tools. Second day scheduled for 11:00. Did not show up until 5:30. Did not call to say they would be late. We called him instead. No answer. His excuse for this was that he was out of calling range. Inexcusable. Poor customer service to say the least. I would not have him back to do a job for me. I would not recommend him to friends either.

From the initial contact, this company was very professional & courteous. They did work for my neighbors and it turned out wonderful. This was the WORST service I ever had...I left my home for almost 4 hours only to come back to what appeared to be a clean house until I looked further...none of the stuff I asked to be done was completed. The cabinets in the kitchen had not been wiped out after I told her that was the main focus of the house...they still had food on the cabinets the countertops were not even wiped at all the refrigerator was partly cleaned and the oven had not even been touched. All they did was basically was the dishes and clean the bathrooms which I could have done myself. For $250, I didn't receive anything I asked to be done.

You checked your home and indicated that all of the areas that you had requested be paid special attention to were done. Also, cleaning of your interior cabinets is only done when the client is present. We only provide this service while you're present to ensure that your belongings are placed exactly where you want them. And I must disagree, the refrigerator and oven were thoroughly cleaned. We even took pictures for before and after photos. We don't consider it quality until the client says its quality. And you did."

The job was sloppy. Left visible white glue all over the window. Also, left broken glass and utility knife on job site. I tried to call them after the job was done and complain but, no one answered the phone or returned my phone call. Very unprofessional!!

horrible experience! they ruined my floors. Had to hire a real professional to do it. they spent three and a half hours on it and I had to spend an additional $80.00 because of their poor quality. I had to rate them a 0.50 because it would not let me rate a zero...

I was so thrilled with the estimate given but in the end - the service promised was not provided. The cost was more and the service promised was less. Disappointed that the extremely friendly customer service did not translate into the quality work promised.

"The estimate changed due to additional painting that was done in the home that was ommitted from the original estimate. The customer agreed that the closet interiors must be painted. At no extra cost, we provided pressure washing, garage clean-up and fence repair. The customer and her realtor both expressed how great the quality of work were. I don't understand the change of mind. We don't consider it quality until the customer says it quality. And you did."

Quality services did painted my home and did my first deep cleaning for maid services. This company did everything on my list. Very prompt and work hard. The painting job took approx. 3 days, entired house for approx. 1500. 00 dollars. Excellent job.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Had to reschedule our 1st appointment because they got into an accident. But she more than made up for it the next day. The house looked and smelled amazing. We are thinking about using her on a regular basis. From what I've heard GOOD cleaning services are hard to fine, but Quality did a great job for us. And the price was right!!!!!

The cleaners were quick and courteous, but they did not take care of the pet odor, which was the main reason why I was getting the carpet cleaned. The company claimed that a scotch guard treatment was included with the base price, but when something spilled on the floor days after they left, I could tell there was no sign that the carpet had any scotch guard protection.
