Best experience possible. My radon levels were over 15 pCi/L and $1605 later they are consistently below 1.0, averaging 0.5 pCi/L. I sent a request for quote online and 3 hours later a service rep called. After answering simple questions, I was given a quote and scheduled 10 mins later. I expected $6-10K based on my neighbor's feedback. 2-3 weeks later, Service Tech Brian Beck arrived and finished in 2.5 hrs. System looks great and he was incredibly professional, courteous and hard-working. I couldn't be more pleased.

They had empty promises and no response from them for weeks after the mitigation installation. The radon went from 8.3 to just 6.7 with the $1,000 system I purchased. After not being in touch with them for 2 weeks, I had another company come out and fix what SWAT should have already had done for a small fee. And with that, it got my levels down to 2.1.

Expert did exactly what they said that they would do. System works perfectly. Beat all others prices (I had 5 quotes and they beat all by several hundred dollars.) You should call them ! I am having them do my new home as well.
