Pros: Responsive to phone calls. The team was on time for my one and only cleaning by this company. Cons: First time cleaning and was EXTREMELY disappointed with the quality of work provided. I was provided a list of service details, but all items were not completed during the cleaning. Someone came out the next day to correct issues, but I ended up cleaning and mopping myself after they left. I wish the company the very best. They aren't for me.

I gave Wanda and her crew a try after having a bad experience with a friend of a friend that was looking for work. The difference was like night and day. I would highly recommend Quality Services. They are doing a fantastic job at my house!

While the overall quality of the cleaning was average, they did leave all the lights on when leaving, and did not restore drapes and blinds to original state.

Two, sometimes three ladies come and start at one end of the house and work their way to the other end in a couple hours. They don't mess around, they work quickly and efficiently. Also have peace of mind knowing they're insured and bonded. Would recommend them to anyone that likes a clean house.

I liked the small business attitude of reputation building that Quality Services' Wanda Baker showed. When her people did the job, they were efficient, professional, communicative, and thorough. They know how to seek and destroy the dirt.

These ladies are awesome!!! I have two house dogs and was waaaay behind in cleaning. I expected to have to come home and do a lot of touch of cleaning like I usually do when I hire someone. I didn't have to touch a single thing!!!!! They got all the nooks and crannies!! I have to add that I was impressed that they would come into a house with a 90lb boxer and a little dog without hesitation...this was a big plus for me! Love, love, love the wonderful job they did!!
