If I could give a lower rate than .5 I would. Eric seemed anxious to get my business but once I hired him it all went down. He wouldn't answer my emails, phone calls, etc. I hired him on Oct. 14 and the work still isn't done. He said he ordered the part (tilt mechanism for the window blind), I called on Oct. 21 and left him a message asking if he received the part. He didn't call me back so I called on 10/22 and he said he was calling the company to find out if it had shipped. On Oct. 23 I emailed him and asked what he found out. Today is OCT. 27th and I have not heard a word from him. I am going to hire somebody else. Would I recommend Quality Shades & Shutters/Eric Bentley - absolutely NOT?!
